THE SCOPE / THE PERMIT / THE INSPECTIONS
Planning guide, not a permit determination. Exact forms, exemptions, design documents, and inspections depend on the property, scope, jurisdiction, and issued permit.
Define roof type, deck, scope, and jurisdiction. In HVHZ work, confirm the selected assembly’s permitted use and applicable NOA or Florida Product Approval documents.
Roof plan, system and component approvals, installation limitations, roofing application, and calculations or supporting tests required for the selected system.
Deck/attachment and dry-in checks where required, other system-specific hold points, and roof final. The issued permit determines which inspections apply.

Inspection stages are examples, not a complete inspection schedule. Do not cover work before required inspections. A passed inspection is not the same as a closed permit.
